An opportunity came to my partner and I when my vehicle was in for repairs. My Elantra, purchased in 2010 while residing in FL, and has served me well throughout the years and drove over 104K miles during was in for repairs. My Elantra, purchased in 2010 while residing in FL, and has served me well throughout the years and drove over 104K miles during that timeframe. Knowing that we needed a newer car with AWD for where we live now in NC, we sat with Manny and discussed our options of trade-in vs straight purchase of a new vehicle. We decided on the 2024 Kona model, repaired my Elantra, and then was able to sell the car the following week once the repairs were completed. All of the staff at the dealership - Elijah in Finance, Manny in Sales, Heidi, Fred and Will in Service - they were a great team to work with and although a very tough decision, made the experience less of a hassle. I would recommend anyone the opportunity to stop by and see what they can do for your future auto needs. David W & Jack M More

Do NOT , I repeat DO NOT do business with this dealership. They are predatory, dishonest, and do not back their customers. Ive called 5 times to managers, service people and have not received a ca dealership. They are predatory, dishonest, and do not back their customers. Ive called 5 times to managers, service people and have not received a call back. They lied to my face, and stole money for work they did not do. Went and got a second opinion and was told they are KNOWN for operating their business in this manner. I am in the works with talking to a reporter about this any many other claims of the same business practices. More

Absolutely awful place and product. My car died i replaced the battery like they said it was.. 4 months later car dies in the middle of the road putting me in danger.. turns out there's a recall on t replaced the battery like they said it was.. 4 months later car dies in the middle of the road putting me in danger.. turns out there's a recall on the engine.. I take it into hyundai of asheville and all they do is lie. They're lazy and don't do anything. Highly incompetant (got the name and car wrong and then lost my keys. . TWICE when i came to get stuff out of my car.) No communication with the customers. Etc. They told me it'd be a max of 5 days to diagnose and fix my car.. lies.. i call back in a week cuz i hadnt heard anyrhing and they tell me itll be 6 to 8 weeks ... even though the issue is the engine recall and they KNOW IT! They have held my car hostage without even looking at it for 5 WEEKS now.. ive even BEGGING for answers or help.. since there are apparently no loaner cars available.. been to the dealership 5x since this started and called a few times with no answers.. finally opened a case with customer care which they closed with no resolution so I had to go through the process a SECOND TIME. And STILL no loaner car which they promised in 3 to 5 business days. No contact from my "case manager". Was then told this morning (when I went to grab stuff out of the car that I needed for an event this weekend 10 hours away) that it wasn't the engine it was $700 worth of other stuff that they "fixed" and now i owe and NOW THEYRE SAYING that didn't fix it and IT MIGHT BE THE ENGINE after all and I don't get the car back today as promised. I can't get a rental cuz rhey won't cover it up front and wont cover it at all unless its the engine.. and neither will my insurance since it's not MY FAULT that the car crapped out. More

This, however, has not been enough. To Begin, after choosing to do business with your dealership, and being certain of the model vehicle I was looking for, your sales team and I agreed. The first problem arose rather quickly, upon the test drive, the vehicle I had chosen was found to have a factory default. Your dealership called me the next day and informed me my chosen vehicle would not be available for at least three months, and I would need to choose between the only other two at the dealership. Never was the option presented for them to try and find a similar vehicle at another dealership, or add the missing package on one of the new vehicles, but the price remained the same. A Few months after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a rubbing sound in the steering wheel and presented the issue at my next oil change. It was explained that there was a common issue with the gear (?) and that the part had been ordered. Months later I got a call that the part had arrived and to bring my vehicle in to have it replaced. I opted to remain at the dealership and work from my laptop. After almost three hours of waiting, I was prepared for a stay, as I don't live close by, I was informed that the part for my vehicle had not arrived in its entirety and my car would not be repaired until the remainder had arrived. What, may I ask, were the technicians doing with my vehicle for the 3 HOURS I was waiting in the waiting area? Upon informing me of this issue, I was told that they were going to wash and "detail" my vehicle for the trouble, I conceded and waited another 45 - 60 minutes. When my vehicle was returned, it was not detailed, it was not even vacuumed, and they had smeared an oily polish all over my dash - which included my heads-up display. Whatever they used was polish and would not wash off with anything I was willing to try. I drove with a very blurry display for at least a month until the substance broke down. This brings us to the most recent set of issues. I brought my vehicle in for my scheduled maintenance and left notes for the technician that I felt the car was pulling to the right and that my lane assist/ hwda was acting off, I did have a warning at the bottom of the display and a low tire pressure warning for my back, right tire again, all CLEARLY visible on the dash. I dropped my car off on Monday, October 25, and 12:00 pm and was called to retrieve it at 2:32 pm. The car was parked in the parking lot, and I was told upon retrieving my key that my multi-point inspection was great and my tires were rotated and filled. GREAT! Except, when I started my car, it still said I needed maintenance and my tire pressure was low the EXACT same tire, and the EXACT same pressure. The technician said the tire pressure light would go off after driving a few miles, and then told us we should reset the maintenance warning ourselves AT HOME. No mention of solving the warning or what it related to was ever discussed. Along my 30-mile trip home, the tire pressure warning did not ever go off, and I am not going to reset a warning in my driveway. I would like to know how my tires could have possibly been rotated if the back right tire wasn't moved. I am sending this email in hopes that you can deal with this situation internally, as well as to inform you that I plan to review your dealership with these facts. I wrote off the first few problems as simple mistakes and have shown understanding, I am no longer in this position. I will send accompanying photos with a timestamp so you can more clearly see where my frustration is coming from. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter As of today I have Received no reply More
