organized and helpful I have wanted a Crosstrek Hybrid for two years, ever since they became available but needed to wait until I could charge it with our off-grid power su I have wanted a Crosstrek Hybrid for two years, ever since they became available but needed to wait until I could charge it with our off-grid power supply in Vermont. I came in several times and emailed Mark before making the purchase and he didn't hide some negatives about the car, such as its lack of a spare tire and less storage space than the usual Crosstrek-I really appreciated knowing this. Because of the COVID situation I was not able to get a full briefing of the car but I can't blame him for that. Its a complicated machine and will take some time to understand. Mark has answered all my questions so far promptly (there will be more). Cityside Subaru has taken good care of me- this is the second car I'be bought through them and the third that they have serviced. More

Exceptional Customer Service We began using City Subaru when we moved from Texas 3 yrs ago. We have had a wonderful experience and would recommend every aspect of this dealership. The Service Dept is one of the best we have dealt with.-from the Express Oil Change to full service. Crystal Campbell helped us buy a new 2019 Forester-our fourth. I can't imagine driving any car but a Subaru.. The process took at least 6 months while we were trying out the 2019 Forester and finishing a lease on a Lexus. Crystal is not only fun to be with but very knowledgeable about Subaru. Buying a car can be stressful but Crystal and Tom D"Allessandro made the process so easy and enjoyable. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgable I bought my car here in 2012, and have always taken it there for service. The staff has always been friendly and professional. When needed, I can always get a loaner, or a shuttle ride. Any service is always explained clearly, and if there is a problem, it is taken care of ASAP. More

5th Subaru from this dealer - enough said? My family has purchased 4 Subaru's from CitySide in the past. Always excellent sales, service, and of course Subaru products. Now it was my turn. A My family has purchased 4 Subaru's from CitySide in the past. Always excellent sales, service, and of course Subaru products. Now it was my turn. And my experience was wonderful. Mark guided me through the vehicle choices, and even encouraged me to wait for the 2019 Foresters to arrive when I had expected to buy a more expensive Outback. When the new Forester did arrive, I loved it. Sales negotiations and finance with John Melvin were totally open and transparent. Delivery and service to date have been perfect. Will Pauls deals with complex service scheduling with ease and grace. What's not to love? More

Damaged on Premise - Bad Start New Outback Jan 2018. Generally positive experience. Until my radio died at 159 miles. During the 3 days in the SC the passenger side door got ding New Outback Jan 2018. Generally positive experience. Until my radio died at 159 miles. During the 3 days in the SC the passenger side door got dinged. I pointed it out to a service person and he actually said 'it is just a parking lot'. So I use my cars pretty hard and am not one to fret about wear and tear but this comment, when referring to a car that I had owned less than a week, really got under my skin. You guys really need to take extra precautions when handling a brand new vehicle. NOT impressed. BTW Purchase experience was the typical low pressure Subaru thing (this my 3rd). They do sell you several packages when you're closing out the purchase. Just be clear. More
