Customer Satisfaction is First Before and After the Sale!!!! At 57 years of age I have had many dealings with many dealers in my life. Mark Allen and his staff worked hard to get my wife and I the exact vehic At 57 years of age I have had many dealings with many dealers in my life. Mark Allen and his staff worked hard to get my wife and I the exact vehicle we went to the dealership to purchase. They sent drivers to Kansas to pick up the exact Truck we wanted when it was determined they didn't have it in their own inventory. At no time did they ever try to push any other vehicle on us or ask us to compromise and accept anything less than what we wanted. After the sale they gave us a loaner while replacing some trim items which were blemished during shipping. They took care of everything and we left feeling we had dealt with really honest and polite people. It was actually a pleasant experience dealing with all of their staff. Thank you Doug Mills I can say that my wife and I are truly satisfied with our vehicle and with Mark Allen, his Lovely Wife Zoya and all of his staff we had dealings with. More

Finally Worth It I have gone the craigslist, carmart, carmax, and private seller nightmare routes to end up with a heaping pile of mechanic and parts bills only to hav I have gone the craigslist, carmart, carmax, and private seller nightmare routes to end up with a heaping pile of mechanic and parts bills only to have my vehicle be worthless. I was in the middle of another nightmare story with carmart when my husband insisted on checking out Mark Allen. I refused for months as he continued to scope out their lot trying to find a vehicle I would go for. The second time he got me to check out the lot and prices I was flat determined I was not going to get a vehicle. The vehicles were very clean and they had no problem firing them up or allowing us to test drive. Before I knew it every woe I voiced was answered with an acceptable solution. They got us into a vehicle without hesitation, the pricing was right on the money with the option of refinancing in 6 months to lower the rate. All dealerships have a sharktank vibe to them, I did not feel that way with this company. They were understanding of our needs and treated us like family rather than another sale. I have sent several people their way. Their service department alone is worth checking out. My husband is already planning our next purchase through them. More
