Reliable and friendly Service Department has been consistently excellent. Bill always lets me know what does and doesn’t need to be done and I never have a feeling of being Service Department has been consistently excellent. AC repair I booked my service time on line which is very easy. Since I was leaving the Forester for the day, checking in was easy too. Heritage called at 3 PM t I booked my service time on line which is very easy. Since I was leaving the Forester for the day, checking in was easy too. There is no other place I would look to for anything "Subie" I've been buying, servicing and now leasing my family's Subarus at Heritage since 1995. As far as I'm concerned there is no other place I would look to for anything "Subie". Just leased another vehicle from this dealer That makes 8 including my son's and daughter-in-law's. Santos M. and Josh J. almost make getting the process (and the forms and the forms and the forms) of getting a car pleasant! (March 2019) And I shouldn't forget to mention the follow-up we get from Ariella B. who answers our questions and makes sure we know how to get the most out of our Subarus. And as far as service is concerned, I have had only great experiences with service advisors like the late J. Schrader and followed by Bill Middleton. Only straight answers, simply put and competently performed by great techs like Frank H. So, where do you think I will be come February 2020 when the lease on my '17 Forester is up? More

Bill Middleton delivers on great customer service When I pulled into the dealership in the late Friday afternoon, I was expecting to be able to get an Express Service Oil Change based on the hours lis When I pulled into the dealership in the late Friday afternoon, I was expecting to be able to get an Express Service Oil Change based on the hours listed on the website - only to learn that Express Service is usually only available until approximately 3PM. Bill explained the hours and I offered to come back another day but he went above and beyond by having the car serviced. When I mentioned the brake pedal felt a little bit soft, Bill made sure to have one of the Senior Technicians perform the multi-point inspection which made me feel confident in the results. The brakes can wait for the next visit. Bill Middleton is the reason I will continue to use the dealer for maintenance work! Fabulous job, Bill! More

We're both very appreciative of the time he's taken understanding and answering any questions we have and his helpfulness when we call in to schedule an appointment. We're also grateful for his recommendations on which services would be most appropriate (or not) based on our mileage & driving. As we begin looking for another Subaru (Forester), the exceptional service Mr. Middleton and Heritage's Service Department have provided are a significant influence in our preference for this dealership.
