Mr Harris and Milton made sure I got a great deal on my trade in and also gave me the best price on my Outback. I wanted the best, so it was abit pricey but for what i got I'm enjoying every minute of it. I also have to recommend Mr Middleton at Service Department for the great advice he gives on maintenance of my vehicle. Staffs are wonderful and very courteous..... Thanks again!!! Ms Barclay More

Hi my salesperson was Mei Kei Hong at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills, MD I first met Mei Kei several months ago, when I stopped in the dealership to Hi my salesperson was Mei Kei Hong at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills, MD I first met Mei Kei several months ago, when I stopped in the dealership to speak to the manager. I shared my experience (with the manager and Mei Kei) after recently being involved in an head on collision that totaled my 8 month old 2017 Outback Touring. I am blessed to be alive and am here to share with you that Subaru's are Extremly safe! I was'nt ready to buy a car that day. Mei Kei gave me her business card and said when your ready to give her a call. I knew I didn't want to buy another 2017 nor another touring but I did love and want all the features that it had. Mei Kei was very compassionate, knowledgeable, considerate and patient with me as we built and ordered my new 2018 Outback Mei Kei was readily available by telephone or email to answer any questions. Mei Kei's email signature block was personalized with her picture. Which I found to be a nice feature! Mei Kei kept me posted on the status of my new Outback from the production and shipment. As soon as my Outback arrived at Hertiage; Mei Kei surprised me with pictures (while it was still on the delivery truck) and emailed me immediately. What a great touch! When we arrived at the dealership, the Outback was parked out front with red balloons 🎈 🎀 and a big red ribbon - that's First Class!! We really appreciated Mei Kei's efforts for coordinating with everyone in expediting the final vehicle preparation and paperwork allowing the purchasing process to be completed smoothly and painless. Thank you Mei Kei! I love my new Outback💕 Mei Kei is very personal, friendly and an enthusiastic sales person who wears a sincere smile and her inner integrity that made purchasing a vehicle a joy. Mei Kei has won our trust and we plan on continuing our relationship with Mei Kei for many years to come. We highly recommend Mei Kei to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! This is our 3rd Subaru Outback from Heritage! They really try to make you feel part of the Subaru family! We love all our Subies! D & T More

Old School Customer Service- Appreciated! Buying a car can be a challenging process… releasing full trust to a dealership is not always easy, especially as a woman. I believe that I’ve found a Buying a car can be a challenging process… releasing full trust to a dealership is not always easy, especially as a woman. I believe that I’ve found a dealership that stands by their word. Challenges may come up with purchasing a car, but it’s not the challenges that we look to avoid because not every challenge is avoidable, but knowing that someone is there to stand behind their word to deliver excellent service no matter what may arise, is what we need as customers. Heritage has done this. They are practicing old school customer service, simply by delivering what they promised; great service. The GM, Shawn Davie is a true gem and invaluable to the company and dealership. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealership as I look to buy a car for my daughter in the near future and to upgrade our family Subaru. Challenging start but ultimately very happy with my new/ used vehicle; very happy with the partnership of Heritage Subaru of Owings Mills. Service Techs. Cant See Online Reservations? I was told that the technicians can't see the service reservations that are made online. I called yesterday and asked for service for a recall noti I was told that the technicians can't see the service reservations that are made online. I called yesterday and asked for service for a recall notice I'd received. I was told that I wouldn't be able to come until next week, because she wanted to maintain the integrity of the schedule. I checked online later and saw that there was some availability thinking maybe something opened up some time after my call. I stopped by today and was told by the person who's name was on my reservation confirmation that he can't see my reservation and can't see the online reservations that are made. He then told me that my part to fix the recall wasn't available and needed to be ordered, which I wish the lady had told me when I called. I asked when the part would be in and he said I could come by next Tuesday at the earliest. I told him since I was moving, I would just visit a dealership in my new state. He then said I could drop my car off this Friday to have the recall fixed. It was nice that he offered, but I was a little unsure how he was going to fix my car if the part wasn't in until next Tuesday.
