I had service on my truck, including a battery check. The battery went dead 2 weeks later so I brought it back in. While it was there a porter backed into my truck with an Explorer. I was informed of both the cost of the battery and the damage to my truck at the same time. I went to look at the damage and was offered a rental vehicle from Enterprise while they fixed my truck. I asked for something from the lot and was offered a low end Escape. My truck is a Super Duty. They ended up giving me an Edge. When I picked up the truck, all of my personal property in the bed was covered in white dust. They had the tonneau cover open while making the repairs and just left it and closed it. My tool bag was open in the bed so all of my tools and the inside of my bag are covered in a thick layer of dust. The damage repairs so far are fine. More
