Svc Mgr William Pannier was very accommodating & knowledgeable. We are new to the area & had a nail in our tire & didn’t have the key for locking lug nuts. We showed up for our appt but he informed knowledgeable. We are new to the area & had a nail in our tire & didn’t have the key for locking lug nuts. We showed up for our appt but he informed us we had made appt for another loc. He realized our predicament & fit us in. We actually ended up buying new tires. We didn’t realize how bad our tires were worn until he showed us. Great people - great experience! William is the best! More

Ferman Ford is probably the best Ford dealership in the area to have your vehicle serviced at. William paneer is the best service manager I have run into in my entire life. Even though the parts were back ordered William Pannier made sure I had a car and kept me informed about the parts issue. Arrived for my 8am appointment and was greeted with a smile (a plus nowadays!) was informed that my service would take about an hour and a half which was expected. Vehicle was ready ahead of time and I w smile (a plus nowadays!) was informed that my service would take about an hour and a half which was expected.
