I had to get in last minute for a trip back home to Minnesota. The receptionist got me in with William's team. The team found the issue with my car and had me back on the road within two and a half h Minnesota. The receptionist got me in with William's team. The team found the issue with my car and had me back on the road within two and a half hours. William called me the next day to make sure everything was going well with my vehicle. No one likes unexpected expenses during a vacation, but I was thankful to get my car in and get it fixed. I had called many dealers prior to Freman and no one else could get me in and guarantee that they would fix my car same day. I highly recommend them. More

Met at service check in with a smile. Checked in with the service manager, directed to the customer waiting room. Free coffee and soda. My car had it’s oil changed in a reasonable amount Checked in with the service manager, directed to the customer waiting room. Free coffee and soda. My car had it’s oil changed in a reasonable amount of time. Car was returned clean. Management followed up with a phone call and email to check on customer satisfaction. Well managed Ford dealership!
