Understaffed. Can't get ahold of service advisors. Sometimes we never get a call back. Ford Motor couldn't even get ahold of the service advisor for days. We've had nothing but problems with our vehicle since we bought it. William is trying to get sales to help us out because he and Kenny know all the issues and that it has. Some they've been able to reproduce. Some they can't. I've talked to the sales manager and his response is "yeah it would be nice if it worked right". The dealership customer service has really gone downhill the past few years. Thankfully Will has been wonderful, understanding, and as helpful as possible. He really is amazing. Will and Kenny are the saving grace of this dealership. More

The service department tells you what you want to hear with little to no results. I've had my truck in for the same on-going issue 5 times. Was told by several service writers that they would take care with little to no results. I've had my truck in for the same on-going issue 5 times. Was told by several service writers that they would take care of the leaking ac, wet carpet and smell. Carpet was replaced as was the evaporater. In the process they scratch my dash up and had to have a trim guy basically spray paint the scuffs and scratches. After 2 weeks The smell was back and the carpet was wet again. I was told the rubber boot drain wasn't installed correctly on the first fix. This is the 5th time they have had my truck for the last 9 days. Get a call today and all they said after 8 days was, we dried it out nothing else we can do. I'm not asking for anything other than fixing what needs to be taken care of. I bought my truck here but will be taking it elsewhere to be serviced from now on Very disappointed in Ferman Ford I can say you have lost a customer! More
