William was great William, my service advisor was professional, courteous, honest, and reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone utilizing this dealership to ask William, my service advisor was professional, courteous, honest, and reasonable. I would definitely recommend anyone utilizing this dealership to ask for him to be your advisor. On the other hand, I would not recommend anyone else here. I left messages for management and never heard back. I had the same problem reoccur numerous times and the last time William made sure it was fixed properly. Unfortunately by this time my warranty was up and I had to pay full price for repair even though I had the car in for the same exact symptoms when it was still under warranty. In the end they claimed it was a different problem however, due to the ineptness of the previous service advisor I believe they simply did not fix the problem correctly the first 2 times. I’ve given a great rating strictly for William. Otherwise, I would avoid this repair shop at all costs. More
