I was hesitant at first because I've had a few negative dealer experiences, but my entire experience with Ferman New Port Richey was overall very straight forward and pleasant. I saw an ad on fb and was qu dealer experiences, but my entire experience with Ferman New Port Richey was overall very straight forward and pleasant. I saw an ad on fb and was quickly contacted by the internet department, who lined me up with Will. Will was patient, outgoing, and a fair negotiator. We talked about trade-in and pricing over the phone, then he sent me a proposal that didnt change when I arrived, no hidden surprises. The truck I had picked out was ready, they inspected my trade, and we breezed through the paperwork with Scott. It was one of my best dealer purchase experiences. All the people I worked with were professional, efficient, and conscientious of my time. I'm really enjoying my new Ram. Thank you, team. More

A couple of hours after I purchased my vehicle, the engine light came on. I fear that the dealer didn’t complete a proper inspection and I was sold a lemon. engine light came on. I fear that the dealer didn’t complete a proper inspection and I was sold a lemon. More
