I would rather do almost anything else than buy a vehicle from a dealership, but I quite enjoyed my experience at Ferman CJDR of NPR. Got great financing, great value for my trade, met some cool people, and from a dealership, but I quite enjoyed my experience at Ferman CJDR of NPR. Got great financing, great value for my trade, met some cool people, and nothing was sore when I left the dealership in my new truck. I won’t be buying another vehicle until flying cars are a thing, but if you need a vehicle between now and then, I would recommend Ferman CJDR of NPR as well as Will, Scott, and Robert in particular. Highly rated for truth in advertising, honoring the discounts as shown on their website but very poor service/follow-up after the initial agreement to purchase is made. If you are looking to complete discounts as shown on their website but very poor service/follow-up after the initial agreement to purchase is made. If you are looking to complete a deal remotely, I would not recommend Ferman. More

Will Virella, our salesman was great; knowledgeable, professional, polite, and more importantly, not pushy. He answered all of our questions readily and even followed up frequently with texts or calls t professional, polite, and more importantly, not pushy. He answered all of our questions readily and even followed up frequently with texts or calls to ensure we did not have further questions. The dealership was very clean and I loved that they had a variety of snacks and drinks for their customers. We brought our small dog with us and were very pleased that she was welcomed and the receptionist at the front desk had treats for dogs! The financial representative, Scott, who worked out the loan details was very nice and informative as well. I am very happy I chose my new car and Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey. It was nice not to have a no-pressure experience so I will definitely return for future cars. More

Best dealer experience ever! Will was my sales rep and was meticulous in every way. He went above and beyond all our expectations. After 30 years in the car business, I am super Will was my sales rep and was meticulous in every way. He went above and beyond all our expectations. After 30 years in the car business, I am super critical and to my pleasant surprise it was actually a joyful experience. Once we met Scott in the finance department our experience was enhanced by his professionalism. Last but certainly not least we met Mike in the Service Department, who was very courteous and friendly. I’m looking forward to being part of the Ferman Family for many years to come. We met your shuttle driver Vinny who suggested we meet Will when we were ready to purchase, and we are so glad we did!!! Great staff!! More
