Worker didn’t know about the extended maintenance plan, told me it didn’t exist and tried to charge me for an oil change. Best part of the visit, though, was having car keys explained to me (at length) aft told me it didn’t exist and tried to charge me for an oil change. Best part of the visit, though, was having car keys explained to me (at length) after I asked to buy a replacement battery off them and then being told going to car parts stores was “a guy thing.” Would love to see if I can cancel this extended maintenance plan bc I have a great independent mechanic down the road and I would love to be done with the bros at the dealership. More
