I recently had my vehicle inspected at Honda of Valley Stream and subsequently discovered that the parking brake button was broken. I brought my vehicle back in for repair, and that's when I was informed Stream and subsequently discovered that the parking brake button was broken. I brought my vehicle back in for repair, and that's when I was informed that the parking brake button had been discontinued. I was impressed by the determination and resourcefulness of General Service Manager Willie Mejia and Service Manager Tony Vicente. They went above and beyond to locate the part, conducting a nationwide search that ultimately led them to an out-of-state dealer with the part in inventory. Their commitment to finding a solution was truly impressive, and I was thrilled when the part arrived and Willie personally ensured that the repair was completed promptly. I want to commend Willie and Tony for their exceptional service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Their efforts have earned my loyalty, and I look forward to continuing to do business with Honda of Valley Stream in the future. Five stars isn't enough to express my gratitude - Willie and Tony truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service. More
