Service dept does not honor appointment times. Took 2 1/2 hours for routine oil change. It's a headache every time I go there for routine maintenance but this was the longest wait time. It takes me 1 hour round trip to get there and the wait. And then this has to be done every 3-4 months! Two managers standing there had no solution for this problem that was right in front of them and letting it happen! They have no respect for your time and effort. I would not recommend this service dept to .anyone. More

After 2 hour wait I found out all work requested was not performed because service technician determined there was not enough tire tread. The decision to rotate tires should have been mine.
