Name: baoguo Zhang I was there on 11/17/21. I have expressed my concern on the engine light was on and off and also the vehicle keeps dying. They perform the service and tell me all problem solved. However, after five days my engine light on again. I went there to ask the reason but they said they are not responsible for this and if I want to know the reason, I have to pay $150 more. The manager gave a very bad attitude and I can say he is discriminated on my accent and English. I’m very disappointed .

Willie, I actually showed you a video of the top screen with the current drive, trip A, and gas range all flickering and disappearing. You did tell me that that was an issue and something you would be concerned about. By the end of our conversation, you completely disregarded that and insisted the issue was my Bluetooth. Also, I did call you and left a voicemail with my contact information, what you told me to do if I was Still having an issue with the car. You never called back.
