Ryan was extremely knowledgeable of the Acadia and all its features and emphasized the safety features, which I felt were very important and a great sales feature. Another great buy It's always exciting to buy a new car, but I seriously doubt anyone finds any kind of enjoyment out if the whole car buying process. That's why I love It's always exciting to buy a new car, but I seriously doubt anyone finds any kind of enjoyment out if the whole car buying process. That's why I love Liberty GMC. This is my second time buying a vehicle from them and both times I was unprepared and didn't have a plan. This is one of the good kind of companies that doesn't pressure you into something more than you can financially handle. They are patient and really know how to listen. I wasn't bombarded as soon as I stepped out of the car, I was able to look around and ask questions at my leisure. After finding something we liked, I gave Winston my figures and off to work he went. In a matter of minutes (not long anxious hours) he had several options along with the car fax and had a lot attendant ready to bring them to the front for us to look at. Once we decided on a vehicle, Ryan Shippy helped us get all the paperwork in order and answered all the questions that we had. He made the dreadful paperwork process such a breeze and just like that we were off to finance with Mike and in less than thirty minutes in finance and we were completely done. The best part, Ryan came back out and took the time to go over, explain and even help us set up our new features. It felt more like asking a neighbor for help than talking with a salesman. Absolutely amazing experience over all from start to finish. I would recommend Ryan to EVERYONE! More

Do not shop here. They are frauds I just had the worst experience in my life at this dealership. I first put my financial application through the website to save time. Katee called me I just had the worst experience in my life at this dealership. I first put my financial application through the website to save time. Katee called me and I told her I was interested in the Canyon Crew Cab. We spoke about my credit and that I was upside down in my Kia Soul. The entire time I spoke with her, there was a man sitting right next to her telling her what questions to ask. They had my vin number, and most importantly knew I was upside down in my car and by how much. I told her I wanted to find the right priced truck BEFORE I got there to save me time. She even SPECIFICALLY asked me why I did the application prior to coming in. Katee said that she talked everything over with her manager, the trade in, the payment I wanted to make and that he told her that they wanted my business and that they wouldn't lose a sale over price. She also said the banks were competing over interest rates so I would be able to get a new one. After coming to the dealership and doing the test drive Winston comes over and tells me we can't do the deal unless I have $8000. Sir I spent at least an hour talking and texting with Katee so alllllll the information was given prior to me driving all the way to the dealership. Winston acted like he had never heard of me or my situation and talked to me like I was crap. I have talked to many salespeople in my career as a traffic manager at numerous radio stations and I have never met more unprofessional people than these two. I will let everyone know where NOT to do business at. DONT shop here. More

I just purchased my car on Labor day weekend and noticed a couple of concerns during my test drive. Liberty GMC scheduled a maintenance appointment and took care of the car at no extra cost. Everybody treated me like I was a friend during the entire time I was there. I bought the car on 9/3/16 and picked it up on 9/4/16. I returned on 9/5/16 (labor day) and picked up my old car. Each day I was recognized by some of the same staff you treated me as if they new me (you could tell it was for real). I'm already working on two of my friends who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. So, yes I am/have/will recommend Liberty GMC to them. Thank you. More

This is the second vehicle purchased with the help of Kingsley White in sales and Jim Sepe in service has been great when I needed service. My husband is already thinking of his next vehicle and it will also be purchased at Liberty GMC. More

Julian Grubbs is a fantastic sales representative! He was friendly, listened to what we wanted, and helped us find it at a price that worked for our budget. We have had so many horrible car buying experience friendly, listened to what we wanted, and helped us find it at a price that worked for our budget. We have had so many horrible car buying experiences other places in the past, that we were not looking forward to shopping. He and his team changed our minds about that. We stopped in to ask a question and Julian was not working that day but Winston Gamble offered to try to assist us. Although he wasn't our salesman- the way he listened and made sure what we needed was taken care of, left us believing he would be a great sales representative as well. When it came to purchasing our vehicle Josh Leader and Vincent Helms made the financial part trouble-free. Julian & Liberty GMC will be the first place I go next time I need a new vehicle. More
