Vehicle purchase Not from the area called ahead on a vehicle seen online. Stated the car was there this was about 1 hour prior to arrival. When arrived was told he c Not from the area called ahead on a vehicle seen online. Stated the car was there this was about 1 hour prior to arrival. When arrived was told he carbis no longer there shown 3 other similar cars 1st wasn’t clean stated it would be the other two were not in the condition described, small dings and sctatches shown poorly for 1st impressions. Drove 2 hours to see the vehicle that was not there. Don’t know for sure but seemed like they said he car was there just to get us in the door. Ended up purchasing the car we were looking for an hour later at ft ladurdale mercedes. More

Had un-anticipated issue arise My service advisor (Jevel) handled a unexpected issue w/ my vehicle professionally & courteously. He resolved my problem fully & in a timely fashion. My service advisor (Jevel) handled a unexpected issue w/ my vehicle professionally & courteously. He resolved my problem fully & in a timely fashion. Yairon was honest & professional in discussing my purchase & lease options. Yairon did not come across as pushy or "full of it" like many do in the car sales arena. I would be happy to work w/ him in the future. More
