There was another unexpected issue found during inspection that made the car unsafe to leave in. Brandon, our service advisor, worked to get us in a rental from the dealership as Enterprise was already closed for the day. I feel like he went above and beyond to ensure my family had a safe vehicle to travel in. He went over the repairs needed and gave me a timeline of when to expect my car back. Throughout the process we spoke to update on the status of the work so I knew it was on schedule. The entire team at Milton Martin showed so much courtesy to me and my family and I am forever grateful for Brandon taking the time to get us in a car. He could have just let us go and made an appointment to come back when the parts were in but that wouldn't have been the right thing to do.
