I was not planning to buy or lease an electric car when I visited Tynan' Nissan in one early morning in September 2013. That morning I met with Jordan Michaud, the general sales manager of Tynan's and he gave me such a great deal on leasing my Leaf that I couldn't refuse. After my lease was up in 2016, I decided to buy my Leaf. Jordan again gave me another exceptional deal. I recently learned that Nissan upgraded the Leaf capacity by 50 more miles, so I went to Jordan to reserve my 2018 Leaf. He as always took great care of me. Based on my experience charging my car there often, I have noticed that Tynan's salespeople are very informative, but not pushy. All salespeople treat me with respect and I feel that I am always welcome there. I congratulate Markus Kamm, the Director of Sales of Tynan's for empowering his employees to provide such an excellent customer service. Tynan's Service is another area I would like to elaborate. Under the leadership of Jason Simons, service manager, I have always received a great service at the very reasonable cost. All his staff are kind, courteous, and caring. For example, my car came for service today and Luke Clearwater, the service advisor provided me with truly exceptional service.
