I bought my first RX in 2005 and did not hesitate to return to this dealership for my second RX Extremely satisfied and pleased with this dealership! I bought my first RX in 2005 and did not hesitate to return to this dealership for my second RX. In both instances, I also contacted Naperville Lexus and both times, they did not have the car I wanted and offered no help in locating one. When I contacted Woodfield Lexus (via online in both cases), the response was almost instantaneous! This last time I was looking for an RX350 with specific colors and features -- Ron (online) provided me the quote late Sunday night. Dan Rosen contacted me Monday morning to follow up. I stopped by late Monday morning to test drive the exact car I wanted and by end of day I had a deposit down and picked up the car on Friday. Dan was excellent to work with - listened to my needs, offered suggestions and saw to it the entire experience exceeded my expectations! Yasmine in Finance was a delight to work with as well and I've already completed my first trip back to apply the protection film -- Dave T in Service was great! I will not hesitate to do business with Woodfield Lexus again -- they have earned my business and I highly recommend them! If you need a car -- work with Dan Rosen! More
