Upgraded my RX300 (1999) to a RX350 I went in on a Friday night to take a look at a used car that I saw online that I liked. Later in the week I noticed that the fog light was out (couldn't see that it was out during the daytime hours, and didn't diligently check them before driving off the lot) and he was able to work with service to get that fixed for me with no charge. I definitely appreciate that! I didn't fuss too much over the price (perhaps I could have saved a few hundred had I negotiated a bit more), and I had a wonderful buying experience. I plan to come to Woodfield Lexus again for my next vehicle. More
