I bought a Lexus is250 2015 certified. After I got home I noticed a small dent on my car and the front grill was cracked that appeared to be pushed into place. I also noticed a bunch of scratches that where noticed a small dent on my car and the front grill was cracked that appeared to be pushed into place. I also noticed a bunch of scratches that where concealed by wax after washing. I called my sales man and he said he would take care of it. I submitted a honest review that was sent to me via email. After my honest review my salesmen refused to fix the issues and was upset because he lost half his bonus. I tried to put in the conversation for people to read but dealerrater will not allow me to do that for some reason. More
