Excellent dealership experience. We are from Iowa and purchased a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus and were still treated like were were buying a new Lexus. Mustafa is an absolute professional and took purchased a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus and were still treated like were were buying a new Lexus. Contacted Woodfield Lexus a few months ago about a certified preowned vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately I was too late for that vehicle. I was told they’d find me a similar vehicle with simil certified preowned vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately I was too late for that vehicle. I was told they’d find me a similar vehicle with similar specs. Well they actually found a vehicle that I liked much better than the original vehicle. Mr. Rosen and the whole team were awesome. I left the dealership ecstatic, and Mr. Rosen periodically checks in to make sure I’m completely satisfied. Highly recommended salesman, and dealership! More
