She was great at communicating and managing expectations regarding process and delivery. Jonny was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic breadth knowledge of Mercedes (and all cars alike). Once the vehicle was ready for pickup, he ensured that all users were appropriately setup on all apps and systems (Mercedes Me Connect, EZ Pass, etc.). He then walked us through the functionality of both the phone and car-related technologies and features, answering each question with exacting detail. I ended up working with Jonny for nearly 3 hours on pick up day and felt very confident knowing the features of my vehicle upon driving off the lot. The experience and service he provides to clients should not be understated nor overlooked. I would highly recommend this pair and Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. More

I had a great hassle free buying experience. When I walked in, I was greated by the lovely Mrs. Sharon. Jay Tang did a great job showing me around. The manager, Mike Yousif made the purchase process very easy without the annoying going back and forth to "check with my manager." I was so impressed that i putchased the car that day. I am very happy with my purchase experience. The product specialist, Johnny Pham was amazing! His knowledge of the car was incredible. He did a great job teaching me real world uses of the complicated car. I was somewhat scared of the car as I had to take my eyes off the road constantly to make adjustments. Johnny showed me how to use the built in systems to easily make the changes. I am so glad that I went back to do the training! More
