Jonny and Steve has been great throughout the whole process of buying my new Mercedes. Coming out of my old Mercedes into my new one it is completely a whole new car and technology that I thought would process of buying my new Mercedes. Coming out of my old Mercedes into my new one it is completely a whole new car and technology that I thought would take me along time to figure out but Jonny the tech specialist has been extremely patient, professional, very friendly and was able to successfully get me comfortable with using all of the functions and made it fun and was able to quiz me through to make sure I was having fun and engaged. AND next programmed our phones to the new vehicle wireless features! we were amazed... next the car featues were shown, explained very clearly, every button, setting, programming. very knowledgeable, freindly! we have never been to a dealership that has this customer service, process! very impressed, with HERB CHAMBERS, MERCEDES-BENZ OF NATICK,, MA! we highly recommend the dealership!
