There’s always a mix up on my warranties and insurance. My last visit the lady tried to tell me that she told me something completely different from what she told me before ordering parts. She kept telling me I was wrong but when I looked through my paperwork it stated that the service tech thought it was best to change the other part and they did that without asking me first so I had to pay for it. The snacks while waiting are great and the lady who passes them out is the sweetest! More
