I was looking to make a purchase of a reliable first car for my 17-year-old brother and was immediately drawn to the wide selection of vehicles that DCH Kay Honda had. I was greeted by Madison upon arrival. for my 17-year-old brother and was immediately drawn to the wide selection of vehicles that DCH Kay Honda had. I was greeted by Madison upon arrival. Madison was very positive and attentive throughout the whole process. She did not put pressure or emphasis on “closing a deal” but instead truly showed an understanding of what I wanted and needed from the purchase. Throughout the process many employees came up and introduced themselves and made conversation, making light of a usually nerve-racking and stressful purchase. Not only did we find the perfect car, but at the end of everything Madison even took the time out of her night to deliver the car to my home. My brother loves the car and it will definitely last for many years to come! Madison is outstanding and DCH is extremely lucky to have her! More
