I had a remarkable experience at DCH Honda. I found a car online and scheduled the appt with Yendri. when I arrived, Hunter became my salesman who was great and never made me feel pressured. My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and were delighted to work with Joe at this dealership. He was helpful but not at all pushy and gave us any information we needed. He also let us take our time walking the lot and showed us the interior of the CRV models we were interested in. We came back for a test drive and then a few days later when we were ready to make the purchase, Joe was great in walking us through the process. Raymond in the finance department was awesome to work with. He answered my questions and made the paperwork painless--even as they were understaffed that day and Honda was experiencing some problems on the website end of things. A manager, who I believe was Dennis, had to borrow Raymond for a few minutes and could not have been nicer about it. Overall great experience and while I hope we don't need another car for a while, we would absolutely come back here. Thank you! More
