The team I worked with was Yesenia Cruz (Client Advisor), Ryan Durso (Finance Manager), Elvis Rusins (BMW Genius) and Ashourina Isho (BMW Genius). From the moment I walked through the door until I left with my BMW, the interaction with this team was exceptional. The entire process was transparent and this team kept me updated on the progress of my purchase even on a busy Saturday. Yesenia was also fantastic with follow-up after my purchase to make sure that items ordered for me (and even items I forgot in my trade-in) were delivered to me successfully. This team made the experience of purchasing a vehicle fun, which can be difficult to accomplish. Kudos to this very personable group that delivered a wonderful buying experience! More

Excellent Buying Experience! I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience with Yesenia, Michael, and Elvis. I submitted an online request for quote on a 2019 M2 Comp back I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience with Yesenia, Michael, and Elvis. I submitted an online request for quote on a 2019 M2 Comp back in July knowing allocations were non-existent at the time. Yesenia called back with the bad news, but offered to put me on wait list and do whatever she could to work something out. About a week later, I get a call and she tells me someone dropped off and she had a spot if i wanted it! She picked up right away that I wanted a low-key, streamlined order, purchase, and delivery and worked with me exactly the way I had hoped (that NEVER has happened in all the cars I have purchased from other dealers or makes). Yesenia was patient, always available to answer questions, proactive with sending me tracking and shipping info after my car was built... Michael and Elvis were right there too at delivery to make this a (dare I say) enjoyable experience. I don't write reviews often, but this experience deserves one. Thanks guys! More

The price was fair (thanks, Andy) and our salesperson Yesenia was the best. She walked me through the entire process and seemed to genuinely care about customer service. There was even a warning light that came on as I pulled away from the dealership and they went above and beyond to make sure it was addressed and the minor repair happened ASAP. They even sent a valet to pick up the car at my office 40 minutes away (he then also dropped it back off when the repair was completed). I would rate my overall satisfaction from 1-10, a 10! More
