Cleanest Used BMW I could find - by far! Yesenia stayed on top of this 3 Series through the detailing and reconditioning. Kudos to the Mechanic who removed 25 acorns from the body cavities! Ryan blended personal experience with the finance products he was offering and matching those to my situation and needs- a true consultative advisor. And Zack was great at navigating (ha!) me through the nav system and dozens of complicated feature setups. More

I wish this dealership was local to me! Given my experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and drive back south...perhaps with the upcoming G80 M3. More

Then my sales experience with Yesen I recently purchased a BMW from Barrington. I had a great experience beginning from my internet inquiry with Josh. Then my sales experience with Yesenia. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She stayed after the sale past business hours to make sure I was familiar with all the features of my car. Yesenia has been helpful even after the sales with questions I didn’t have prior about the vehicle. The used car sales manager was easy to work with on my trade to get the price I wanted. The whole sales process was one of the best and quickest I have had to purchase a vehicle. The finance manager was a pleasure to deal with as well. There was no additional sales pressure for things I didn’t want. I will be back when I am ready to trade in the future. More
