Once again Antwerpen Hyundai exceeded my expectation. I absolutely knew that the service department would fail miserably but I was unpleasantly surprised when it took them THREE DAYS to install a simple tr absolutely knew that the service department would fail miserably but I was unpleasantly surprised when it took them THREE DAYS to install a simple trailer hitch that was purchased with my vehicle six weeks ago. Failing to perform the simplest checks Antwerpen first failed to order the part, then scheduled my appointment without contacting me, then did not have the part on hand, then thought they were missing components, then realized the next day they had the wrong part. I live in fear that the hitch will fall off the car. The truly sad part is that no one at Antwerpen took any ownership of the problem or tried to solve the issues from Maurice Mitchell the General Manager, on down the service clerk. Unfortunately, this is the type of service I have come to expect from Antwerpen which undoubtedly extends to all their dealerships. More
