My car was dropped off for the appointment and no one called me to let me know my car was ready. Thankfully I have the Kia app and I saw my car was just sitting outside in the parking lot. That’s when I called me to let me know my car was ready. Thankfully I have the Kia app and I saw my car was just sitting outside in the parking lot. That’s when I called hours later and that’s when they told me to pick up my car. I don’t understand why no one could’ve called me to let me know. Wasted my whole day because my car was just sitting at the dealer. Also, I spoke to two different girls over the phone and the first was was very rude and kept me on hold. Service rep was very nice, however I wasn't impressed with what I saw being done in the service bays. Service was slow, and my tires came out at 39 lbs pressure, which is way over recommended pressure f with what I saw being done in the service bays.
