The only reason we rated Yoko a 4/5 is that she was relatively new and not as knowledgeable about the Lexus rx450h as we had hoped for. Yoko was extremely courteous and had great communication with us. We were disappointed in the fact that Yoko's boss was not very accommodating in making things right with us on discounting after the car appraiser broke our rear window and we had to pay $940 to fix it prior to trading our vehicle in. He was also very pushy about us signing papers for the car prior to the car being on the lot and us seeing it in person. They offered the delivery expert person to be on site when we picked up the car so we could learn all the car technology before leaving the dealership. That person was on vacation when we picked up the car. We were disappointed in the quality of tires that came with the car. The finance department staff was very professional and thorough. We do like the car though. Very disappointed in the whole Lexus dealership experience though. More

Our Salesperson, Yoko was very responsive and attentive to our questions, going out of her way to help in fulfilling our requests for available vehicles and options. Bottom line, she got us into the vehic to our questions, going out of her way to help in fulfilling our requests for available vehicles and options. Bottom line, she got us into the vehicle we wanted. Finance Manager, Jannelle did an excellent job in easily explaining financial details that otherwise would've been confusing. Sales Manager, Shab was very helpful in overseeing the final transaction. All those involved with the process were appreciated. More

For a car dealership, the experience wasn't horrible but I think I received much less on my trade in than I should have and they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the used car I was buying. Yoko was a great communicator and explained everything very clearly. She went out of her way providing us with extra photos of car when asked. She responded quickly to questions.
