I Left the House to go Kayaking with my son. ..Bought a Lexus Sports Car Instead. I'm somewhat Joking. My son and I did have plans to go Kayaking...Since I live 1.5 hours away from the closest Le ..Bought a Lexus Sports Car Instead. I'm somewhat Joking. My son and I did have plans to go Kayaking...Since I live 1.5 hours away from the closest Lexus Dealership, I was trying to take care of 2 things in 1 trip, and there was a beautiful Reservoir just 10mins away from the Dealership....Win win in my book. Now I was just planning on Window Shopping, getting an idea of what I could afford and what kind of money I would need to save up, that and show my son some nice looking cars. Upon our arrival, we received a warmly welcome, and Yoko, a Sales Rep, came up to us and asked how she could help. I told her I was going through a midlife crisis (I'm 44) and thought I should follow the troupe and get a sports car! She laughed and then told me she had the perfect car for someone like me....And Son of a Gun, she was not kidding! I won't say it was love at 1st sight, but when we test drove it...That's when my Son very wisely said "Dad you have to get this car...this car is awesome!" I agreed, once we got back, and after Yoko twisted my arm and threatened my entire family (Just Kidding) I thought it would be best to put money down to hold the car, because I keep my promises and I still had to take my son Kayaking. I knew it would take hours to do the paperwork, so I told them I would return the following day. Fast forward to my return the following day, and I was greeted immediately by Yoko, she was patiently waiting for me. From that point forward till me driving out with the perfect car for someone like me, I experienced nothing but professionalism, knowledgeable staff...very nice and kind people all around. During the entire process any question I had was answered with a smile on their face and I asked a lot of questions. I left with a big smile on my face thinking what an amazing experience. Best Father's Day weekend ever! More

We were not intending to buy a car that day, but did so. They did their best to accommodate our tight schedule. It was a little rushed, but we got it done. I've used their service dept. for a Lexus for several years and great service department. Later, we had ceramic coating applied, nicely done and my spouse went through a tech over view of the vehicle, again very good tech overview. Bottom line: They do their best to accommodate and I like the people we worked with. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Yoko and from Lexus of Akron Canton. More
