At first I was concerned because I was driving down here from Maine. I didn't know what the atmosphere would be like in Plymouth Massachusetts. Amazing experience shopping & service. Sean McCarthy, Glenn Smith, Danielle Barnett, & Greg were amazing & so helpful! Brought my 16 Escape (bought at kia) in for service (felt kia was Sean McCarthy, Glenn Smith, Danielle Barnett, & Greg were amazing & so helpful! Brought my 16 Escape (bought at kia) in for service (felt kia was not doing right by me & car) & ended up that the extended warranty would not fix-was not ford warranty. Danielle was so good so patient & kind. She went above & beyond to help me. She honestly felt bad for me because the warranty company sucked so bad. She had me speak with one of their sales guys, Glenn. Glenn was great as well. Sat me down discussed what I could afford & what I was looking for in a car. Glenn got me into a 22 Escape with everything I wanted & then some. Sean came over as well & after some discussions we signed paperwork. When I spoke with the Financial guy, Greg, he was also great. He didn't try to talk me out of the warranties & he was not trying to raise the price. He made sure I knew what was covered & what each warranty covered & for how long. The whole car shopping experience was the best I ever had. I dread shopping especially car shopping but they all were just amazing. I am so thankful for having such amazing, patient & understanding team working with me. I will definitely be coming back, not only for the amazing service team but the amazing sales team too! More
