The trade in process was painless (wish I had gotten more, but it was a fair deal) and the financial transaction was easy. My only issue is that the master code needed for the Audi was not with the car. Just a tip, ask for any master codes or passwords when buying a used car. More

She took the time to explain all the new gadgets that newer vehicles contain, and went out of her way to make sure this van would meet our needs towing a 17 foot travel trailer.
