We were lied to about a warranty package that was purchased. Told rims were covered if scratched. When we attempted to get them fixed we were told no, had to be manufacturer rims. They were the same rims from when we purchased the car. Difficult to get anyone to give us a straight answer. Multiple calls/texts. Multiple promises with no results. Dissatisfied to say the lease. Would not ever purchase a car with them again. Deceptive practices during finance as well. Told me I had to get a certain warranty/it was Florida law. I called them out on that but warranty was still added. More

When attempting to trade in a car and purchase, a new car had some issues with financing, and after they realize that they couldn’t sell me a car, they treated me like a black sheep and hurried up and gave m had some issues with financing, and after they realize that they couldn’t sell me a car, they treated me like a black sheep and hurried up and gave me back my down payment and car and pushed me out the door.
