I recently bought a vehicle from Goudy Honda. The entire process was hassle free and was completed in less than 24 hours. They are one among the few dealers who are not charging high markup costs The entire process was hassle free and was completed in less than 24 hours. They are one among the few dealers who are not charging high markup costs these days and have a healthy inventory to choose from. However, you do have to bear the cost of several add-ons which you may not require for your car. The staff is very professional, yet friendly. In particular, the Sales Manager Alfonso is very nice and responsive. I had a positive experience with him two years ago as well, when my friend bought a car from Goudy Honda. Overall, I highly recommend to consider Goudy Honda if you are looking for a Honda dealership around Los Angeles area. More

I purchased a car on a Friday and went home feeling uncomfortable and stressed out with the contract I signed (my fault and I take full responsibility because no one forced me to sign anything I didn't uncomfortable and stressed out with the contract I signed (my fault and I take full responsibility because no one forced me to sign anything I didn't understand). I expressed my grievances and Yvette from Customer Relations called me the very next morning. She was incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive, and told me she would bring the issue to her director asap. Sure enough, Ruth called me within two hours and helped me obtain a contract that I could feel good about. I truly appreciate this--I am so relieved and impressed with how this was all resolved. More
