The service itself still takes too much time, in my opinion I also have an Infiniti and the service is more express than Jackson A. Very responsive and personable service Within 10 minutes I received an email response and phone call about the RDX. Very helpful and kind staff walked me through the paperwork and answered questions and gave me choices. It was a pleasure and I am thrilled with the car.
