This is the third vehicle we have purchased with Erica and the 4th Honda at Honda of Lincoln. There is something to be said about the way this entire business is run from the top to the bottom. Erica is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, helpful in guiding the customer through the entire buying experience with character and poise and is never forceful or makes you feel uncomfortable or pushed at any point during the entire process. Erica truly is a sales “professional” in every sense of the word. We have purchased many vehicles during our married life and without a doubt, Erica Tunink and Honda of Lincoln always have provided the best experience. That cannot be said for many of the other places we have purchased vehicles and never gone back to purchase another one.
