Took my car in to have the weather stripping along the trunk replaced. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take around 1 day. My car was there from 9:00AM Wednesday to 11:00AM Monday. I r trunk replaced. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take around 1 day. My car was there from 9:00AM Wednesday to 11:00AM Monday. I repeatedly called and was assured they'd get to it soon, and finally on Saturday they offered me a loaner vehicle and promised it'd be done by Monday. It finally got done this morning, and they tried to overcharge me. I was quoted around $750, and when I went to pick my vehicle up they told me it would be over $1000. It looked like they were trying to charge me for fixing something they did not do, and luckily they were able to get the price closer to where it was originally quoted. It was overall a very frustrating experience and it took way longer than it should have. I will not be returning to this dealer. More

I always use this dealership, but the service this time wasn't excellent. They didn't remove the maintenance notice from the dashboard, they didn't post the notice for the next service, and they didn't do wasn't excellent. I took my 2022 manual Tacoma in for issues revolving around shifting in and out of gear. I suspected it was either the clutch or slave cylinder. Toyota stated that I needed a new clutch and transmissi around shifting in and out of gear. I suspected it was either the clutch or slave cylinder. Toyota stated that I needed a new clutch and transmission. I paid for the clutch, Toyota covered the transmission. I fully believe the transmission was fine and Toyota just wanted to scam corporate out of warranty work hours. After repairs my Tacoma never felt the same and was very difficult to shift while driving. I took it back to service stating that I believe the slave cylinder is bad. They kept it for a few days and kept implying that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. After giving up on them to find a solution, I asked them to replace both the master and slave cylinders for the transmission. I had to pay for it out of pocket. But once I got my truck back the second time, it drives much better. Toyota failed to diagnose the issue, told me there wasn’t a problem at all, and one of the technicians STOLE my lug wrench while my truck was in for service. Had I known the service department would be so shady and dismissive, I would’ve bought my Tacoma from another dealership. Proceed with caution. Don’t fully believe their service advisors. They lack proper training and likely can’t help you unless you can diagnose the issue yourself. They may likely steal your belongings as well. More

When I showed them to "Zach", he repeatedly told me, "that did not happen here." He was aggressive and rude, and as a result, Cobb County Toyota will never get my business again. Also, I have NEVER been to a dealership for service and had to WALK to get my car. In my experience, the car is ALWAYS driven back into the service bay for the customer's convenience. More
