- The JohnsonsGriffin Ford was a superior experience in all respects, and being of the Senior years we have shopped vehicles for decades. Received an honest good deal with our purchase and trade in. Zach's knowledge of car details, and how he came across hit on all cylinders. Not fake friendly either. Everyone was willing to support our presence, and were professional. We give Manager Kip kudos for training his staff in the highest level! And 2 thumbs up for Phil in Finance. We'd recommend friends and family to check out GRIFFIN Ford Waukesha! You won't say "well...that was useless visit."

- Todd lI worked with zack dahms on getting a 2019 f150. Being a younger guy I was surprised on how much respect I received from the whole sales crew. Not many dealerships around me take younger people seriously when looking at nicer vehicles. He let me take the truck out for a test drive alone, and gave honest answers to all my questions and worked with me to make the whole process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend talking to zack when looking for a new car.

Love the new car, it is beyond what I expected by far... it's new so it's still learning itself, but already got a 35 mile trip at 50.2 miles per gallon with 23 miles of electric use.

"Nice people, easy experience."
- dporter22Everyone in the dealership was helpful, polite, professional, responsive and very easy to deal with. Even during this odd covid time everything worked out very well. I have other dealerships closer to my house but this one had what I wanted. Plus Zach was willing to work around some odd times and get me everything I requested. Would absolutely recommend them.
