They are very friendly, attentive, and nice in the service department. Don’t like the 2% upcharge for using a credit card. No one else has charged me this and I may rethink using them again because o service department. Don’t like the 2% upcharge for using a credit card. I have been using Jim Butler Chevy for service since the 90s when they were on Watson. This last visit was to fix some damaged caused when replacing my battery a month ago.
