Craig Falkenthal and Taylor (delivery) were outstanding to deal with throughout the process. Craig's friendly demeanor makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the dealership. I drive past three other Mercedes dealers to enjoy the experience. Run for the hill very shady dealer they will try to change price on your contract they offered me and out the door price spent 2 and half hours there doing paper work and when i was gonna sign they had change price on your contract they offered me and out the door price spent 2 and half hours there doing paper work and when i was gonna sign they had drastically changed the price thinking i wouldnt notice by keeping my attention to what my payments where going to be they added an extra 2500.00 to the price very deceitful More

When my car came in last week, I went to St. Charles to pick it up. The gentlemen I worked with( Gene Woods, Zachary Smith And Craig Falkenthal) were an absolute pleasure to buy a car from. Their price was fair, they were patient in explaining everything and reviewed the functions of my car thoroughly. It was completely a great experience. I will definitely be back!!! More

Great internet purchase experience ! Carol and Zach were great to deal with. I called about a CPO ML350 from almost 600 miles away. They answered any and all questions timely, sent photos Carol and Zach were great to deal with. I called about a CPO ML350 from almost 600 miles away. They answered any and all questions timely, sent photos, and made the transaction very smooth. I flew up, they picked me up at the airport, and we went over the car and the transaction. A pleasure to work with. Signed papers and drove home that evening. ML is exactly as they said. Highly recommend them for local or Internet sales. Good people. More
