Dealing with Michaud Mitsubishi was stress free and easy. We were greeted by Zack when we arrived and he ended up being our sales person. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went, so I was able to pick fast, but I didn’t feel rushed or harassed to pick a car, color or style. They help you feel like you’re customizing and picking features your new car! Test driving was quick and convenient. Their location is on 114, so you have a lot of options of side streets and parking lots to test out features. Be careful pulling out onto 114! The financing process was as easy as can be expected. We really enjoyed the conversation with the finance guy and didn’t feel pressured to purchase unnecessary stuff. Michaud Mitsubishi handles all of the paperwork/legwork for registration etc. Taking the car and switching plates off of my old one took minutes. After a few days, my new reg came in and I was able to get it inspected just as quickly and easily. I’m now the happy owner of a new Outlander and have people ask me about it daily!! If you’re looking for a new car or SUV, go to Michaud Mitsubishi. Ask for Zack!! More

Myself and my wife was impressed with how supportive, understanding and a person that have everything to help mindset Zack was. I recently purchased a pre-owned Mitsubishi Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but exactly the opposite was true. They stood behind their product and even gave me a loaner vehicle that they didn't have to. Not only that, I got a call from the owner Kevin and his son Zach to ensure my satisfaction with the quality of the repair! Their service Manger was also extremely communicative and very easy to speak to. I couldn't recommend them more and will definitely be back when I'm in the market again! Thank you! More
