I personally never met him in person and our whole conversation was only through the mobile phones. But his work reflected a way above. I’m an international student searching online to lease a car while few leasing didn’t even answer my call. After a while I got call from Zack, and I explained my situation to him and he responded with,” yes I will do that for you”. He was absolutely the reflection of positive vibes. The process was almost a week but don’t take it in a negative way, he went all the way down to make this impossible to possible mission. He got me approved in 3 days and I stuck with insurance which made me to drop the plan of buying car. But Zack stood by my side explaining the pros and cons and what it meant to me. He waited patiently for me to say yes and once it’s done he delivered the car the next day which was unbelievable. I never met him in person but I wish I would meet you soon. The funny talks between us will never fade away. Honestly speaking, if Zack was not there, I’m pretty sure that I would never leased a car. He made the statement, “Impossible“ to “I’m possible” in real life.
