I had a great experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. My husband has used their service in the past so I knew I would be getting quality care here. I was able to purchase a car quite quickly and have al My husband has used their service in the past so I knew I would be getting quality care here. I was able to purchase a car quite quickly and have all my questions answered when I had them. Eric was extremely helpful on the money side of things and walked me through things clearly. As for my sales person... first rule of customer service is to know a person's name and mine did not know my name. Secondly, customer service kept on saying I could only put down a "limited amount" on my down payment, which wasn't true at all. Let me put down what I put down. Other than that, customer service person was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda. More
