Honestly, I have never visited a car dealership, or any retail business for that matter, where I felt more comfortable and more appreciated as a customer than I did today at Smythe Volvo. Tyler our salesman was incredibly patient with my badgering him with questions during the negotiations, even on his day off, and was quite helpful when we picked up the car. Zane was spectacular familiarizing us with the voluminous options on the car. Abood was quick and efficient with finalizing all the paperwork. (Beware, he’s such a charmer that he’ll convince you to buy the extended warranty as he did with us!) Numerous employees stopped by to congratulate us on our purchase, including the owner of the dealership. I wish we lived closer to continue using their services, but we live a four-hour drive away and had found the car we wanted at Smythe through an online search. Obviously I highly recommend them! More
