Truly disappointed with the service. Delivered the vehicle with paint scuff marks multiple places. To fix the issue asked to him come again to dealership that is almost 1.5 hour travel f Delivered the vehicle with paint scuff marks multiple places. To fix the issue asked to him come again to dealership that is almost 1.5 hour travel for me. They wanted me to go to my nearest Morgan auto group dealer. I went to Toyota of Tampa bay to fix the paint problem and they said it would take 4 days to finish. For that I was given a rental car and its windshield cracked once I come home and now asking to cover the repair cost. This is all because of central Florida Chrysler dealership by delivering new car with paint issues. I am frustrated and disappointed with this as a whole of buying car from this dealership. It’s time and money waste for me. More

I went to a different CJDR dealer on the same morning and o felt that they had zero interest in helping me. Here at Central Florida CJDR I actually had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ev o felt that they had zero interest in helping me. Here at Central Florida CJDR I actually had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had, and I buy cars quite often. It was my first time at this dealership, and I came through the doors with a steadfast determination for a mentally draining extended battle. The experience was nothing like that at all. I also came with a focused reason for my car purchase motivation, but it was soon apparent that my desires were not going to be able to be a feasible reality. The sales team heard my reasons initially and the offered me some solutions that I hadn’t previously considered and I eventually made a deal on a new vehicle that I am very pleased to own. My salesman Justin was young but very knowledgeable, poised, and genuine. The sales manager Jeff wasn’t one of those typical “used car salesman” type of human that you want to call bad words. It was a great car buying experience and I’m glad I came to this location. More
