After waiting 6 months for an ordered car it was delivered without the equipment requested. This was overlooked by the sales department and when pointed out they were willing to negotiate with only delivered without the equipment requested. This was overlooked by the sales department and when pointed out they were willing to negotiate with only 360 mile on the car it came to a halt in traffics while in motion had to be towed with a power train problem. we have been calling sales manager for four days with no response. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! More

Everyone worked together well in making the sale and delivery of the vehicle. Given the low inventory of the times - there was not much to "sell" - so it was very matter-of-fact. I appreciate the no p delivery of the vehicle. Given the low inventory of the times - there was not much to "sell" - so it was very matter-of-fact. I appreciate the no pressure approach of BMW. I like having the tech guy explain all the features. I think the back end of the fees are excessive. Another ten grand in fees....not cool and glossed over instead of shown. Felt quite sneaky. More
